So here are the rules:

• No Refinance Customers will be eligible for the free iPad give away with one exception: The December 2010 Past Customer iPad give away, limited time offer.
• iPads will be given at the time of settlement or closing as a thank you for using The Lehigh Valley Wealth Center – Strategic Mortgage Planning.
• Only one iPad will be given per transaction.
